Vice President Pence and health officials are set to hold a press briefing Wednesday afternoon to address the Trump administration’s work to combat the coronavirus outbreak. The briefing comes as 11 people have died of coronavirus in the U.S. Officials in California confirmed the state’s first fatality and the country’s first outside Washington state on Wednesday. The briefing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
