Billboard reports:
In 1970, Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider changed the direction of modern music with the creation of their game-changing electronic project Kraftwerk.
Focused on robotics, technology and the ideas, images and sounds of the future, the German act is widely credited as creating the soundtrack for the digital age and influencing the sound of electronic music across all genres.
On Monday (Feb. 24), Kraftwerk announced a celebration of their half-century of existence with a summer tour across North America. These performances will be an extension of the group’s renowned 3-D performances and the first time in four years that Kraftwerk has performed this 3-D show in the States.
Kraftwerk’s 3D tour is hitting most major North American cities this summer, including stops at Red Rocks and Radio City Music Hall. https://t.co/hfN7Xvd0GM
