Politico reports:
Republican House Minority Whip Steve Scalise believes the “impeachment charade” is exposing the Democrats’ weakness. On “Fox News Sunday,“ the Louisiana Republican was direct: “The Senate will have a fair trial and you’ll see an acquittal. Everybody knows it’s going to end in acquittal.”
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, he said, has a duty to turn over the articles of impeachment to the Senate quickly when Congress returns. She has so far declined to do so until the Senate sets its rules for the impeachment trial.
“She could run for the Senate if she wants to be a senator,“ Scalise said. “The House has a role, the Senate has a role. It’s time for the House to do their job.”

Senators Booker, Klobuchar, Sanders, and Warren are running for @realDonaldTrump‘s job.
Schumer’s mind is made up—just like it was in the 90s when he campaigned for Senate on acquitting Clinton.
Yet somehow @senatemajldr is the problem with fairness here? Dems are delusional! pic.twitter.com/4ZFOaq5aSu
