People Magazine reports:
Sean Spicer‘s Dancing with the Stars days have come to an end. At the wrap of the Boy Band and Girl Group Night episode on Monday, President Donald Trump‘s former White House Press Secretary was sent home after landing in jeopardy against fellow contestant Lauren Alaina.
Prior to his elimination, President Trump, 73, asked his Twitter followers to vote for Spicer, posting in a since-deleted tweet, “Vote for Sean Spicer on Dancing with the Stars. He is a great and very loyal guy who is working very hard. He is in the quarterfinals — all the way with Sean! #MAGA #KAG.”
After Spicer was voted off “Dancing,” @realDonaldTrump deleted his 8:33pm tweet urging people to “vote for Sean.” Trump had written, “He is a great and very loyal guy who is working very hard.” Now he’s posted a new message: “A great try by @seanspicer. We are all proud of you!”

The President of the United States of America is so insecure he can’t be associated with having endorsed his former press secretary in a reality television dancing contest he eventually lost. https://t.co/Z8Hm71jd1M

After the Alabama primary in 2017, President Trump deleted tweets calling for people to vote for the losing candidate. Now it seems he has done the same with Dancing With The Stars #DWTS h/t @brianstelter pic.twitter.com/z8NmqeROXm
