CHATTER AWAY: Overnight Open Thread

Billboard Magazine reports:

Swedish DJ/production duo Galantis and country legend Dolly Parton, teaming with featured Dutch vocalist Mr. Probz, debut at No. 1 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales chart with “Faith.”

Parton achieves her first dance/electronic No. 1. She makes her first visit to a chart in the genre since her cover of Cat Stevens’ “Peace Train,” which reached No. 23 on Dance Club Songs in 1997.

Previously, Parton hit Dance Club Songs with three other tracks: “Baby I’m Burnin'”/”I Wanna Fall in Love” (No. 15, 1979), “9 to 5″/”House of the Rising Sun” (No. 77, 1981) and “Potential New Boyfriend” (No. 14, 1983).

I had Baby I’m Burnin’ on pink vinyl.
