The Lexington Courtier-Journal reports:
Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin hit the studio this week and came out with some new heat, just in time for Independence Day weekend – a new rap … from Kentucky’s governor … titled “Tim Kaine? Are you serious?” Just so we’re clear, this article is not a joke. Here’s the video. It’s an actual thing. Bevin was serious.
The video begins with Bevin taking a shot at Attorney General Andy Beshear, his opponent in the upcoming gubernatorial election, over letters former vice president candidate Tim Kaine sent out in support of Beshear. Then, Bevin, at the 18-second mark, begins an a cappela flow in which he calls out Beshear, Kaine and other prominent Democrats.

Official response from Beshear campaign to Bevin’s rap video, or whatever you wanna call that: “Once again Matt Bevin has embarrassed both himself and Kentucky.” #kygov
