Roy Moore’s Lawyer Arrested On DUI, Drug Charges

The Montgomery News reports:

Former Senate candidate Roy Moore’s attorney was arrested Wednesday night. Trenton Roger Garmon, 39, was booked into the Etowah County Jail around 8 p.m., according to jail records. He was arrested by Gadsden police and charged with driving under the influence of controlled substances, second-degree possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Garmon, who worked as an attorney for Moore during his failed campaign bid for the U.S. senate last year, is being held in the county jail on bonds totaling $3,000.
