The New York Post reports:
Anthony Comello, 24, who even yawned during the highly anticipated appearance in a New Jersey courtroom, held up his left palm and revealed a large, bold “Q” written in blue ink in the center of his hand.
It was surrounded by the phrases “MAGA Forever,” “United We Stand” and “Patriots in Charge USA.” “Patriots in Charge” appears to be a variant of the slogan “Patriots Are In Control,” which is associated with online followers of QAnon.
Comello has been researching QAnon online and often wears one of Trump’s signature “Make America Great Again” hats, law-enforcement sources told The Post.

Meanwhile, “Q” has acknowledged the connection to the Mafia case but claims, predictably, that it’s just a deep-state setup. Law enforcement sources told @nypost that the suspect has been researching QAnon. pic.twitter.com/6DXuCr2vea

Yesterday, QAnon posted portraits of Obama-era officials, which followed drops referencing “target”, “ammunition”, and “kill.”
Unsurprisingly, Q believers are seeing this as a target list. At least one tweet calling it such was deleted, with its poster claiming he was hacked. pic.twitter.com/4zSEBJig1U

Hello. This QAnon Twitter account is just posting pictures of people like James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Loretta Lynch, and Sally Yates, and saying “The Joint Prioritized Effects List or JPEL is a list of individuals designed as capture or k!ll.” pic.twitter.com/NJn4novvBo
