The New York Post reports:
The White House wasted no time Friday attacking Cory Booker after he announced for the presidency, with Kellyanne Conway questioning why he’s entering a race with so many female candidates.
“What’s wrong with the candidates that are already in there?” Conway asked during an interview with Fox News. “What’s your objection to Kamala Harris running, Elizabeth Warren, Kirsten Gillibrand, these others who have already announced — Tulsi Gabbard, maybe.”
“If he were a Republican running against them, they would immediately call him a sexist for running against these women in the Democratic field,” she said. “The president said before that Cory Booker as mayor of Newark ran the city into the ground, so I’ll let those comments stand,” the White house counselor later told reporters.
What does Cory Booker have against all the women already running for President?
Are they not good enough?
Too weak?
Not likeable?
(They’re certainly liberal enough)
(Pretend he’s a Republican when you read this)https://t.co/FdSTHY5i78
