Billboard reports:

Katy Perry shined in her baby-blue ensemble at Thursday’s amFAR Gala in Los Angeles as she accepted the amFAR Award of Courage.

The superstar was recognized along with TOMS founder Blake Mycoskie for their efforts in the global fight against AIDS and HIV. Perry has been a longtime advocate for finding a cure for AIDS/HIV, and her speech for the Foundation for AIDS Research radiated positivity and inspiration.

The gala raised more than $14 million for amFAR’s research programs. The event’s attendees also included Perry’s boyfriend Orlando Bloom, Darren Criss, Heidi Klum, Leslie Mann, Judd Apatow, and Robert Pattinson and others. It also featured a performance from Shirley Bassey.
