The Hill reports:
Conservative writer Brent Bozell slammed undercover conservative activist James O’Keefe on Tuesday after his botched sting on the Washington Post, saying O’Keefe should be “condemned” for trying to plant a fake story about GOP Senate hopeful Roy Moore with the paper.
After the Post revealed Project Veritas’ attempt, O’Keefe’s group sent a fundraising email with the subject line “Our cover is blown!” “Following months of undercover work within The Washington Post, our investigative journalist within the publication had their cover blown,” O’Keefe wrote in the email.
Bozell, who is the nephew of late right wing blowhard William F. Buckley, is most infamous for having called President Obama a “skinny ghetto crackhead” during an appearance on Fox News in late December 2011.
Regarding WaPo/O’Keefe incident, this was entrapment, & the kind of “gotcha” stunt that should be condemned. If a liberal did this to a conservative outlet, we’d be outraged. Once again, O’Keefe is grandstanding & hurting the conservative movement. I’m glad the Post outed him.

The irony of this cannot be understated. WaPo adopts O’Keefe’s tactics and you condemn him? Who are you and what happened to @BrentBozell? https://t.co/12EUiB23CS

How exactly is this different that @seanhannity, Alex Jones, And Cernovich?

O’Keefe’s story was a fabrication to create a scandal. That’s slanderous. The day conservatives endorse these tactics, we’ve lost all moral standing.
