The Washington Examiner reports:
President Trump played hardball over the North American Free Trade Agreement renegotiations with Canada and Mexico on Sunday by threatening to pull out of talks and terminate the agreement in a tweet. Trump ran on a more protectionist platform than many Republican candidates in recent elections, and has promised to renegotiate all of the country’s trade deals now that he’s in office. Trump also reiterated another top campaign promise Sunday by promising to get Mexico to pay for his border all, perhaps his most recognizable pledge.
We are in the NAFTA (worst trade deal ever made) renegotiation process with Mexico & Canada. Both being very difficult, may have to terminate?
