Giant Trump Chicken Menaces White House

The Washington Examiner reports:

A giant chicken in President Trump’s likeness stared menacingly Wednesday outside the White House back lawn. Taran Singh Brar, a documentary filmmaker and organizer, told the Washington Examiner he received his permit on Tuesday from the U.S. National Park Services after he was “slow-walked” by the agency.

Brar said he kept showing up until the permit was granted and then he inflated the chicken facing it toward the White House around 10 a.m. Wednesday morning.

“We are out here to criticize our president for being weak and ineffective as a leader and being too afraid to release his tax returns, too afraid to stand up to Putin and now engaged in a game of chicken with Kim Jong Un,” Brar said. “Yet he wants a military parade in DC. It’s all incongruous, and we are here to make fun of him for that.”
