POLL: 88% Of Trump Voters Would Do It Again

The Hill reports:

About one in eight people who voted for President Trump in the 2016 presidential race said they would make a different decision today, according to a new poll. A Reuters/Ipsos poll of 2016 voters found 12 percent of respondents said they would not cast their votes for Trump “if the 2016 presidential election were held today.” Still, 88 percent of those who voted for Trump in the 2016 presidential race said they would do it again. The poll was conducted from July 11 to 12 among 1,296 people, including 541 Trump voters.

More from Reuters:

The minority of Trump voters who said they would not vote for him again gave varying reasons in interviews for why they had changed their minds. Some were tired of his daily trolling of Democrats, the media and the judiciary. Some were disappointed that the Trump administration has not yet swept illegal immigrants out of their communities. Others said the president has not ended the mistrust and hyper-partisanship in Washington as much as they had hoped.
