Durham’s ABC affiliate reports:
Donald Trump has commented on the firebombing of a North Carolina country Republican Party headquarters, blaming the incident on “animals representing Hillary Clinton.”
“Animals representing Hillary Clinton and Dems in North Carolina just firebombed our office in Orange County because we are winning,” Trump posted to Twitter on Sunday evening.
Hillsborough police are investigating after the Republican Party headquarters was vandalized with graffiti and damaged with a flammable material thrown through the front window.
WTVD reported that it happened at 347 Ja-Max Drive and was discovered Sunday morning by another business owner. No injuries were reported.
The attack on the Orange County HQ @NCGOP office is horrific and unacceptable. Very grateful that everyone is safe.

Thank you Mr. @realDonaldTrump. We will not be silenced nor suppressed by this evil act. We will pray for those who seek to harm us.
