Trump Camp: There Will Be A Physical Wall

Via Politico:

Donald Trump has been “remarkably consistent” with his call to end illegal immigration, one of his top spokesmen said Tuesday, as the Republican nominee himself sought to underscore his commitment to building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border, a day before his scheduled speech on the issue. “From day one I said that I was going to build a great wall on the SOUTHERN BORDER, and much more,” Trump tweeted. “Stop illegal immigration. Watch Wednesday!”

Minutes earlier, senior communications adviser Jason Miller took to the set of “Fox & Friends,” where he sought to tamp down the notion that Trump’s wall would be anything other than a physical edifice. Appearing on the same program Monday, Trump supporter Rudy Giuliani said that it would also be a “virtual” wall, prompting further speculation that the Manhattan businessman might be waffling on what has arguably been his most prominent proposal.
