CANADA: Singer Who Inserted “All Lives Matter” Into National Anthem Revealed As “Flat Earth” Nutjob

Earlier today I reported that singer Remigio Periera caused an uproar yesterday when he inserted a mention of “All Lives Matter” into his performance of the Canadian national anthem at Major League Baseball’s all-star game in San Diego. You’ll be shocked to learn that this guy is totally crackers. MassLive reports:

In the wake of his rogue lyricism, Pereira has drawn attention for his social media presence, particularly on Facebook. Pereira has made previous posts using the hashtag #alllivesmatter — albeit in posts that appear to be decrying racism. After Pereira’s All-Star Game performance though, such a post is hardly surprising. What is surprising, though, is Pereira’s tendency to share and post content that falls in line with the Flat Earth Conspiracy, which is an actual movement on the internet.

As you can see, Pereira also apparently questions the distance to the sun. In other social media posts he declares that stars cannot be “billions of miles away” because he has photographed them with a zoom lens.
