Fleet Week Begins In New York City [VIDEO]

Via Gothamist:

Passover for Gays starts now. Fleet Week, a celebration of the country’s sea services, kicks off today with the Parade of Ships. This is the 28th year Fleet Week has come to New York, and about 4,500 Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen are expected to participate this year. The public is welcome to enjoy numerous free activities, from ship tours to demonstrations (Military Day is Saturday, May 28, in Battery Park City), silent drill team performances and search-and-rescue demos.
