Hate Groups Launch Tweetfest Calling On AP To Stop Correctly Labeling Them As Hate Groups

Using the hashtag #DumpSPLC, hate groups today launched a “tweetfest” against the Associated Press, who earlier this year correctly identified the Liberty Counsel as a hate group. Participating in the tweetfest so far are Todd Starnes, the Media Research Center (whose head once called President Obama a “skinny ghetto crackhead” during a Fox News appearance), the KKK-affiliated Family Research Council, and the Liberty Counsel, whose radio host Matt Barber has published several columns by advocates of executing homosexuals.
