Canadian Rockers Walk Off The Earth Debut Empowering Video About Trans Youth With Alright

It’s a great track. Mashable has the review:

Walk Off The Earth wants you to know that it’s okay to be yourself. In the latest video for the band’s new song “Alright,” premiering here on Mashable, the group sends an inspiring message about self-acceptance and empowerment. Aimed particularly at trans youth, the video stars a young girl named Ellie who wants to build up the courage to be herself in public. As it turns out, 8-year-old Ellie is actually a friend of the band named Sarah Blackwood, Ryan Marshall and Gianni Nicassio tell Mashable via email. “She’s incredibly talented as a dancer and wonderful as a person,” they say. “We admire her and we’re so proud of her.”
