BREAKING: Kim Davis Vows To Continue Defying Court, Won’t Stop Deputies From Issuing Licenses UPDATE: Deputy Brian Mason To Issue Licenses

Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis this morning held a press conference in which she declared that she will continue to defy the Supreme Court, but that if any of her deputy clerks wish to issue marriage licenses, she will take no action against them.
