Ninth Circuit Blocks Prop 8 Tapes

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals had until September 30th to place a stay on the release of the videotapes of the Prop 8 trial. And they’ve done so. And now we wait for the haters to make their appeal. But hey, at least all those Christians won’t be murdered.
