Yesterday the Alabama House of Representatives approved a resolution “honoring” Miss California USA Carrie Prejean for speaking out against gay marriage. The House approved the resolution by Rep. Jay Love by a general voice vote. The comments on the Birmingham News’ coverage are generally scornful of Love’s move.
