Eleven states have filed a brief with the Tenth Circuit Court in support of Utah’s defense of its ban on same-sex marriage. The states are Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma and South Carolina.
