CA Supreme Court Asks Schwarzenegger & Brown About Prop 8 Defense Refusal

Karen Ocamb reports that the California Supreme Court has ordered Gov. Schwarzenegger and AG Jerry Brown to explain why they have refused to defend Proposition 8.
