Tammy Baldwin’s Senate opponent has been caught on tape bragging to a Tea Party audience that he’s the best man to end Medicare and Medicaid. The Atlantic wonders: “Will this video sink Tommy Thompson?” The clip has already been turned into a pro-Baldwin ad.
