CHATTER AWAY: Overnight Open Thread

There’s a followup to Saturday’s Florida Man story:

It has been found. The Winnebago that deputies say Robert Schneider bought on June 26 from the Lazy Days RV store in Seffner with a worthless check of $246,445 has been found, 2½-months later.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says the luxury motor home was found Friday night about a four-hour drive south in an RV park in Broward County. Schneider, 59, was also found and arrested in Broward not far from the Winnebago and arrested, according to Hillsborough authorities.

Schneider was being held Monday in the North Broward Bureau detention facility. He will be eventually extradited to Hillsborough County, where he will be held on a charge of grand theft and $150,000 bail.
