Spin Magazine reports:
This afternoon, Kanye reiterated his love for his “brother” Donald Trump, with whom he claims to share “dragon energy,” an evocative phrase that was somehow never uttered publicly by Charlie Sheen in early 2011. Previously, the rapper also identified himself as a Trump lover to the Hot 97 morning show host Ebro.
Kim, god bless her, quickly got on the phone and urged him to scale it back just a bit. It was the second time today that Kim has gently intervened in Kanye’s tweeting. The first was more personal, when he posted a photo of the inside of their home, apparently violating an agreement between the two not to publicize such images.
You don’t have to agree with trump but the mob can’t make me not love him. We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone. I don’t agree with everything anyone does. That’s what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought.

I’m so happy to hear that Peter Thiel would like to take a meeting. I feel very optimistic about the future.

my wife just called me and she wanted me to make this clear to everyone. I don’t agree with everything Trump does. I don’t agree 100% with anyone but myself.

In 2009, President Obama called Kanye a “jackass,” defending America’s sweetheart Taylor Swift. At the time, Trump was a reality TV star who had recently created a Twitter account.
In 2018, President Trump thanked Kanye on Twitter & the country is united against Taylor Swift.
