Trump’s furious tweets about Comey this morning came exactly 12 minutes after Kellyanne Conway appeared on State TV where she talked about the pee tape.
Fox & Friends played a clip of Comey asking “what kind of marriage” the president has with wife Melania, given the impression he got from Trump that she might believe the salacious allegations. “He’s a psychoanalyst, he’s giving advice on how people look, he’s a marriage counselor,” Conway said sarcastically. “I find that particular excerpt to be really egregious and over the top and unacceptable. Frankly put, that’s none of his business,” she added.

.@KellyannePolls: “[@Comey] sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee who after the fact wants to clear his conscience of what bothered him at the time. If you’re that bothered, quit. Leave the job.” pic.twitter.com/UQ186U5H7M

.@KellyannePolls decries Comey book, calls it “a revisionist view of history.” Accuses him of taking “unnecessary immature potshots” but says it’s “a good way to sell books.” Says Pres Trump will eventually have his say and that he has a different recollection. pic.twitter.com/WRyJ93Tr3o

“The hype around Comey’s book and the RNC’s attempts to discredit it both proceed from the same false premise: that James Comey has something important to reveal about Donald Trump that Donald Trump has not already revealed about himself.” https://t.co/gHGsE6JQOh
