Preet Bharara To Bezos: Buy Twitter And Delete Trump

Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara made what must have been a tempting suggestion to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos: Buy Twitter and shut down President Donald Trump’s account. Amazon lost $53 billion in market capital recently after Axios reported that the president wanted to “go after” the company. Trump has had a long-running beef with Bezos, who also owns The Washington Post.

Bezos has lost $16B (on paper) thanks to Trump’s latest attacks. He is now worth an estimated $114B and for about a quarter of his wealth, he could take control of Twitter.
