Roy Moore Campaign Demands Stop To “Mall” Ad

The Birmingham News reports:

Roy Moore’s campaign calls an ad run by a political action committee opposing him “patently false” and issued cease and desist letters demanding that TV stations stop running it.

The PAC, called Highway 31, was formed to support the candidacy of Moore’s opponent, Doug Jones. The ad says, “Moore was actually banned from the Gadsden Mall … for soliciting sex from young girls.”

The Moore campaign has previously disputed allegations against him, including reports that Moore was banned from the mall. The Moore campaign says the statement in the Highway 31 ad about “soliciting sex” is a new false allegation.

I can’t find this ad anywhere, so maybe it’s been taken down already.
