Man Crashes Fox News Bit With “Fox Lies” Sign [VIDEO]

Raw Story reports:

In the final moments of Wednesday’s Fox & Friend program, the morning crew tossed to reporter Todd Piro, who was speaking to patrons at a diner in Louisville, Kentucky. “Let’s get right to the debate,” Piro said. “Jefferson County, where we are, highly Democrat. Bullitt County, right across the way here, heavy Republican.”

Turning to a man named Keith, Piro began to ask a question of a “Trump voter” — but he was quickly interrupted by a man who approached from behind with a sign reading “Fox Lies.” “Alright, alright,” Piro replied, pushing the man’s sign out of view of the camera. “We’re going to wrap this up and we’re going to go on off to commercial.”

I think they wanted to know if the American people would vote for a black man again over the president of the Confederate States of America. But the joke’s on PPP, ’cause all the racist assholes don’t even remember Jefferson Davis, they were just choosing a name that sounded white.

      • Tomcat

But can Obama run as vice president and Hillary as president?

    • That_Looks_Delicious

…and THAT is the real source of the problem we are in.

    • That_Looks_Delicious

Hmmm. It is very interesting how relatively poorly Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren poll against Trump compared to the male hypothetical candidates. Sexism may have played a bigger part of 2016 than we are ready to admit.

      • Lazycrockett

Last Summer Samantha Bee did a special from Pa and the glaring sexism bout women, even from other women was frightening. Women were saying that any woman period isnt capable of having the job.

        • Joseph Miceli

Yet, there’s Margaret Thatcher, Chancellor Angele Merkel…but then Britain and Germany aren’t REAL countries, like Murika.

      • james1200

I mean, lily-white states like Iowa and Wisconsin, lily-fucking-white, went for Obama by a landslide twice and then went for Trump. That was a case in many other mostly white states in the Rust Belt, too, as they went easily for Obama but then went to Trump. So either people are more sexist than racist or everyone’s lost their damn minds.

        • Joseph Miceli

Or coming off of eight years of Bush Americans would have voted for anyone as long as it was a new face.
We did that already…twice! I don’t know what Americans are ready for now.

But, look how everything got ramped up after 08, 10 & 2012.

What effected most of these people ? Obama Care.

Out last night for dinner and at the next table was a man who looked very much like the late Duke of Windsor. Relaying this at work this morning I was met with a blank stare. Who?

          • Joseph Miceli

Now its gone. You killed it.

well Greta didn’t last long at MSNBC and I haven’t heard any promos for Megan’s show lately. Is she still on?

        • safari

          Good question.

          • Tomcat

            As of Sunday she was.

        • Hank

I just found Greta boring. It had nothing to do with whatever her politics of the moment are. (She went from CNN to Faux News to MSNBC)

          • GayOldLady

Greta was boring, but in the first couple of weeks of her MSNBC show she defended Donald Trump’s Twitter take down of Nordstrom when they stopped carrying Ivanka’s shoe line. That was a knife to her heart because she tried to make the case that he was just “a parent defending his child”. In the first place only an idiot parent would use Twitter to lash out at their child’s former employer. If my ADULT child lost a job I wouldn’t tweet about it and I wouldn’t contact their former Employer in any fashion. I emailed MSNBC after her defense of Trump and asked them to inform her that the Majority of reasonable people don’t tune in to hear Donald Trump’s asinine tweets defended. I think that episode turned people off to her right up front. I never watched her for more than a couple of minutes after that day. Ironically Rachel Maddow is friends with Greta and really built her show up in the beginning, but even Rachel’s popularity couldn’t save Greta from herself.

          • MikeBoston

She’s a Scientoligist as well, which always makes me suspect and if I recall, her husband was deeply involved with Sarah Palin, perhaps he was her agent? Greta and Ms. Kelly were part of Andy Lack’s big conservative approach to MSNBC. Then Donnie Two Scoops eeked out a win and now MSNBC’s ratings are better than ever by keeping WaPo and NYTimes reporters on permanent speed dial.

        • GayOldLady

NBC took a big leap with Megyn trying to compete with 60 Minutes. They paid her mega bucks so they’ll try to give that a go to see if they can make it work. If not she’ll go the way of Greta.

    • Daveed_WOW

“horrible person” is a good way to characterize people who worship Faux. I regret that didn’t act sooner to extricate those people from my life.

Sounds like my father. Once a Reagan democrat and sometime populist (never a liberal, usually a bigot), he had the good taste to keep his worse thoughts to himself. The deal was that you don’t have to be friends with people who are a minority that you dislike, but you might have to work with them and watch your mouth. That seems like a completely fair deal.

All that changed with his exposure to Faux and talk radio during his hour long commutes for two decades. Now he’s angry, afraid and hostile all the time. He openly insults me and actively works to destroy my rights as an equal citizen. We haven’t spoken in four years. The rest of the family sided with him, the pricks.

      • same deal with my partner, pretty much. that whole family are rabid rethugs now, ultro-catlicks, and immune to facts that don’t conform to their world view. i feel so bad, but at the same time i understand, given the way my family has treated me (for different reasons). it’s a big reason why we’re together, i think.

Last year, the biggest selling luxury item in North Korea was a (smallish) refrigerator. But since even the elite have so much trouble with electrical service, they’re primarily used as ostentatious show cases for the previous luxury good– books. Famine is a problem, even for the elite, when it drains them of foreign currency and even they lack food storage.
