Convicted campaign finance felon Dinesh D’Souza today tweeted and then almost immediately deleted photos of himself posing in Steve Bannon’s office with a copy of his latest book, The Big Lie: Exposing the Nazi Roots of the American Left.
Also photographed posing with the book in Bannon’s office was Sebastian Gorka, who has literal Nazi ties.
Twitter wags took immediate screenshots of D’Souza’s photos, both for their sheer audacity and for the fact that Bannon’s infamous whiteboard is in the background, complete with scrawled to-do lists on destroying what remains of American democracy.
That the whiteboard is visible is likely the reason D’Souza deleted his tweets, so expect a dissection of Bannon’s scrawling to come.
