McMaster Defends Deploying Carrier Group To North Korea: Trump Wants “Full Range Of Options” [VIDEO]

The Hill reports:

National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster on Sunday said defended the decision for a Carrier strike group to head toward the Korean Peninsula. “It’s prudent to do it, isn’t it?” McMaster said on “Fox News Sunday.”

“North Korea has been engaged in a pattern of provocative behavior. This is a rogue regime that is now a nuclear capable regime.” President Xi Jinping and President Trump agree that’s “unacceptable,” McMaster said. “That what must happen is the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula,” he said.

“And so the president has asked us to be prepared to give him a full range of options to remove that threat to the American people and to our allies and partners in the region.”
