In a written statement released on Tuesday, Carl Paladino said he will not give up his seat on the Buffalo School Board. The School Board will hold a special meeting Thursday afternoon to discuss Paladino, who told Artvoice last week that his wish for 2017 was the death of President Obama, and for Michelle Obama to move to Africa. In his statement, an open letter to Artvoice, Paladino said he had taken the survey from Artvoice after an “emotional moment,” and that he did not intend for his comments to be published. Paladino said in his statement that he is “not a racist,” and that he never intended to hurt the minority community. The letter ends by Paladino saying he will not leave the Buffalo School Board.
Paladino:
“Your survey questions provided me with the spark to vent and write deprecating humor about a bad President for whom the main stream media continues to seek an undeserved legacy. I wanted to say something as sarcastic and hurtful as possible about the people so responsible for the hurt and suffering of so many others. I was wired up, primed to be human and make a mistake. I could not have made a worse choice in the words I used to express my feelings.”

Carl Paladino: Michelle Obama. I’d like her to return to being a male and let loose in the outback of Zimbabwe where she lives comfortably in a cave with Maxie, the gorilla.
Shortly before the GOP convention, Paladino declared that a #NeverTrump delegate should be “hanged for treason.” Paladino was the honorary New York state co-chair for the Trump campaign.
RELATED: During his 2010 New York gubernatorial campaign, same-sex marriage opponent Paladino was exposed as the baby daddy of a ten year-old girl conceived during an adulterous affair with an employee. Paladino later threatened to “take out” a reporter who demanded proof of his claims that Gov. Andrew Cuomo was having an affair of his own. Paladino was then exposed for originating and forwarding numerous racist images and “jokes” about the Obama family. Weeks before his humiliating loss, he claimed that children are being “brainwashed into homosexuality.”
