NYT/CBS Poll: Hillary Leads Trump By 6 Points

But Sanders leads Trump by 13 points:

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton leads her Republican counterpart Donald Trump by single digits in the latest national poll released Thursday evening.

Clinton leads Trump by 6 points, 47 to 41 percent, among registered voters in a hypothetical general election matchup, according to a New York Times/CBS News poll.

The poll comes on the heels of two other national surveys this week, from Fox News and Rasmussen Reports, that showed Trump with a single-digit lead.

The latest poll continues to show that Clinton’s Democratic rival Bernie Sanders has a bigger lead over Trump. In a hypothetical matchup, Sanders leads Trump by 13 points, 51 to 38 percent.

Fifty-five percent of registered voters view Trump unfavorably, compared to 26 percent who view him favorably, while 52 percent view Clinton unfavorably and 31 percent view her favorably.
