REPORT: Paul Ryan To “Definitively” Rule Out 2016 Bid

This morning House Speaker Paul Ryan released another video that many see as laying the groundwork for his late entry into the GOP presidential race. This afternoon, however, Ryan will deliver a speech at Republican National Committee headquarters that will “definitively” rule out any 2016 ambitions.  Allegedly. The announcement is scheduled for 3:15PM Eastern and I’ll post a live-stream here shortly before it begins.
