Megyn Kelly’s war with Donald Trump has turned out rather nicely for her. From the New York Daily News:
Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly has landed a book deal and it’s reportedly worth a fortune. The anchor dared to truly question Donald Trump — not throwing the expected softballs — during the first GOP debate. It drew his ire and continued nasty comments. Kelly never backed down.
Trump is planning to participate in the next GOP debate, which Kelly is moderating with Chris Wallace and Bret Baier, he told Newsmax’s “Steve Malzberg Show” Friday. The book is reportedly a memoir. The married mother of three was a lawyer before becoming a television broadcaster.
Kelly is anchor of “The Kelly File” on Fox News Channel. HarperCollins would not confirm the $10 million amount, which was cited by Jezebel. Kelly’s book is scheduled to hit stores in the fall — in time for the presidential election.
Breitbart’s blowhard editor John Nolte has the sadz: “The entire news media/entertainment/publishing empire promises great rewards to those who attempt to destroy conservatives and Republicans, especially to those from the likes of a Fox News. It is a siren song that has paid off handsomely time and again and again.”
