KENTUCKY: Alleged Dog-Napping Update

Following my mention of their 2013 story, Page One Kentucky has posted an update about the dog allegedly stolen by the daughter of renegade county clerk Kim Davis.

Remember Charlie Brown? He’s the dog Kim’s daughter apparently stole (not allegedly, she did it). Kim was running for election at the time — a campaign she ultimately won, replacing her mother as County Clerk. Despite barely squeaking by in the Democratic primary. But small town law enforcement turned a blind eye. They were afraid of Kim and the good old boy Democratic machine that thrives in rural Eastern Kentucky. For outsiders: the Dems in Kentucky are about 100x more conservative than Republicans in D.C. and 1,000x more corrupt. The County Attorney (Hey, Cecil!) refused to get involved because he was afraid of backlash. A County Attorney in a nearby town ultimately got interested in the case late last fall but lost his campaign for re-election. Since then, nothing’s happened. There are several witnesses, security camera footage, all those text messages and Facebook threats, interactions with law enforcement, Kim retaliating against Madden for outing her daughter as the culprit. And nothing.

Page One Kentucky spoke to the dog’s owner, who relates a recent encounter with clerk Davis:

Ross says he’s still asked about Charlie as he travels around the region. You can imagine that few have anything kind to offer about Kim Davis. Especially at this point in time. He also shared a story about recently having business to conduct in the Clerk’s office. During the time he was there, Kim didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge him. But when it was time for him to leave? She yelled, “BYE ROSS!”, waving, smirk plastered across her thrice-divorced face. Which, well, seems to line up with everything the public has seen of her behavior. One can’t help but feel for Ross. His frustration permeates everything he says and it’s clear to even casual observers that he’s been left to fend for himself.

Davis will be in court on Monday to respond to the lawsuit filed by the ACLU. (Tipped by JMG reader Str8 Grandmother)

For outsiders: the Dems in Kentucky are about 100x more conservative than Republicans in D.C. and 1,000x more corrupt.

    That’s hard to believe.

But Joe gets cited, so that’s good!

    • TommyTune

I guess they never got the memo that it was time to switch over to the Republican party in 1964 after LBJ signed the Civil Rights Act into law. They must really be living in the boonies. Then again, you have that hateful Democrat Ruben Diaz in the Bronx, so go figure.

      • JT

Yeah, old Strom must be rolling over in his grave. “Them boys is really slow.”

      • D. J.

They would have switched, but Nixon came along, Watergate, took the USA off of the monetary gold standard, and they were burning crosses in lots of hollers.
It was turbulent times in the South. It’s still churning, just below the surface in far too many places.
It slowed the change to the GOP.

  • Whoa! What a quagmire of small town politics! And the flip-flop of dems being the conservative party boggles the mind.

    • D. J.

Dixiecrats ring a bell? Hopefully Kim Davis will be the last Davis Empress of Rowan County.

      • Honestly, Dixiecrats is a new term/idea for me. I’d never heard of it until recently here at Joe’s.

        • D. J.

Some were KKK, some were CCoC (KKK in suits and ties rather than robes and hoods), Most were members of the John Birch Society, thought McCarthy was a hero……..I still shudder to think about it.

          • Six Pins Delores

And they should all be unemployed.

          • Since you’ve mentioned the John Birch Society my granddad was both a Mason and a Birch fella, and I’m curious to know where he stood politically. Were these groups racist? He passed when I was 6, and so has my dad, so I have no one to ask.

          • D. J.

From my memories it was like this: Racist and virulently paranoid about the “red scare” of communism. Like black people, Asians were lumped together and called a vile word. Of the original generation, I would say they are in their mid to late 80’s to maybe mid 90’s in age now. Very pro Vietnam war. The Beatles were satanic, yada, yada……Phyllis Schafly type women.
I had an Aunt who was Queen Bee of her town. She got wrapped up in all of that. You did not cross her. She did get people fired.
My Mom was the liberal of the family. They did not speak the last 25 years they were alive.

          • 🙁

It sounds like if grand dad hadn’t died when I was little, we wouldn’t be on speaking terms now.

I’m glad you came from the more liberal branch of the family. Made life so much easier for you.

            Thanks for the info.

          • D. J.

Actually, my Uncle was nicer than my Aunt. You might have been okay with your Grandfather. I don’t know each is a little different. I had it easier than my cousins did, that is certain. They did not turn out like their parents. That is the best news.

In the prior (July 9) JMG post on this, I picked up my new favorite expression of all time. Used by people there on the ground to describe the environment there, in Eastern rural Kentucky:

      “a pustule of awful”

      • oooooooh! That is fantastic! I have lived in a few small towns and the whole Mayberry ideal is far from the truth of what it’s actually like.

I went thru a periods of not leaving the house and we weren’t bar people, so folks actually would forget what I looked like. At this point in time I had a friend, and it was a glorious spring day and we went for a walk. Hubby was at work, 5 miles away, and before I got back home he’d heard that there was a “hot” new GI’s wife in town…… Yup, that was me, and thats how the rumor mills churn in tiny towns, quickly.

    • B Snow

I don’t think they’re the conservative party in that state, I think the article was saying they’re more conservative than Republicans in other areas of the country. The Republicans in the state are probably still worse.

      • Whoa! That makes my head spin just to think about it!

  • Cuberly

Yeesh, way to go fulfilling every backwoods stereotype there Davis.

Guess she’s the floppy arm of law in them there parts.

        • D. J.

It takes a long time to hand pump water into the washing machine and deny loving tax paying citizens marriage licenses. Especially when she starts with Eve coming from Adam’s rib.
I would have asked her what kind of rib she came from?

          • Cuberly

Wait, I thought she just beat it on a rock near the river.

          • Octavio

that part of the mountains is pretty well described here. key word though, is corrupt. she is NOT loved, and nobody likes to be made fun of, and the locals know she has made them a laughingstock. she is as hideous on the inside as she is on the outside.

    • Corey

That cuntry redneck bigot is being sued now. This is the best option. If she is violating the law by not issuing any licenses to any couples gay or straight then she will be forced out her job very shortly.

Overall I am impressed that an overwhelming majority of states and counties & parishes within the states are fully complying with no renegades. For the US, this is nearly a miracle.

        Good work, SG.

I’m assuming the mentality in rural Kentucky is as follows:

“Mess with the faggots. Mess with the negras. Mess with the Jews.

But DON’T ya go messin’ with the dogs!

        • D. J.

Kim Davis is getting SG slapped! Davis may still have her tooth on Monday, but I’m not putting money on it.

        • Gene

I am from there….we love Dogs. Lots of people fly the flag of Israel (seriously) and an anti semitic comment would get you slapped by most people (its a very religious area), and for all the evils of the conservative Christianity of the area, said faith does not put up with racism as a rule, and the GLBT couples who are applying for the license did not just spring out of the local earth…they make their home there, and will tell you that no one gives them any hell, and were happy to see the 100+ pro gay protestors on the day after she refused the license. decent crowd for a small town, and no counter protesters either.
Its a live and let live place. I wont say its liberal. Its not. Its very blue collar, and people work hard and usually have better shit to do than be racist, anti jewish anti gay assholes. There are about 55 counties in the KY mountains, and she is the only county clerk who has not done her duty. she is one ignorant bitch…she is not a fair rep for all the people in the region.

          • another_steve

I’m heartened by your comment, Gene. If you live there, you know better than I.

It’s quite possible that I was unfairly stereotyping an entire people — and if that’s true, it was wrong and I apologize for doing it.

          • Gene

no problems….most sterotypes have a nugget of truth in them, and home CAN be fucked up. I know this well. When I mentioned once in a conversation that I am a Hatfield, I was not joking, so I know JUST how messed up the area can be. (in our defense, the McCoys are worse). But, happily, is it s place where gay couples like the ones looking for the license live and are accepted in, at least by most people. If not, they would have long gotten out of there, but they are not leaving…and, they WILL get that license THERE (dammit)…that will be good to see.

          • Gene

you do it, and I am in.
I grew up near there. I was lucky, as it was a different level of corruption than in a place like Rowan, but we ALL knew women and men like her. Every seen “justified”? Its set closer to my home, but, the area around Rowan (in which is located a decent sized state university and a small but visible GLBT community) is sooooo corrupt. the article mentioned retaliation. Bitches like her live for it, and Karma needs to visit her HARD. I have no doubt that there are a100 tales that we just don’t know that would make the story about the Dog seem mild.
            .
Mildly pissed off that we have to go after her because of this when the Marriage denial alone should land her lard based ass in prison, but, set it up, and I will donate. (it would be good for him to get the dog back, of course)

          • Octavio

We probably have to get the original dog owner on board first. But I’m a gonna check it out. Anyone who might have his address or knows how to contact him and can help expedite the process, leave info here. 🙂

          • StraightGrandmother

Here, earlier today, or maybe even it was yesterday (I’m having a long day today & did a lot so things are running together) I e-mailed PageOnekentucky

            e-mail: [email protected]

          • Octavio

Haven’t talked with Ross Madden, Charlie Brown’s original master, but I did get the following e-mail from Jake who runs Pageonekentucky.com.
            —————
We ran an update yesterday: http://pageonekentucky.com/2015/07/10/update-on-a-dog-thief-her-homophobic-mothers-coverup-yep-more-kim-davis-crap/

If you check the update, there’s a link to his Facebook group that has his contact information.

Getting someone in his county to press charges is nearly impossible. We’ve gone through the county attorney and county attorneys in the surrounding area to no avail. Above county attorney is attorney general. There’s no way to get the attorney general to investigate, as he’s currently term-limited and running for governor (election this November in Kentucky). The two people running for the office of attorney general have expressed a lack of interest in pursuing any action against the Davis Family once they’re elected.

So I’m not sure financial support would be of much benefit. The only thing that works here in Kentucky is publicity and exposure. Public pressure. I’d argue I’m one of the most widely-read in the state – especially among the political and media class – and all I’ve been able to do is get close enough to almost preventing Kim Davis from getting elected.

One of my attorneys is currently suing her (Dan Canon, who was one of the SCOTUS attorneys – along with ACLU) in federal court, as you’re likely aware. All of that attention generated is increasing interest in Ross Madden’s case. Continuing to talk about it and spread it just helps put pressure on Davis and local electeds to take action or locate his dog.

Note: He COUD file civil suit against Kim Davis’ daughter. Maybe even against her. That’s probably at least $15,000-$20,000 at a minimum. Likely would cost more to hire a solid investigator to get to the bottom of things.

If people are set on raising money? My advise would be to do it so he can hire a private investigator. The guy I have in mind is a retired former justice cabinet official and former state police trooper.

            ———————-

So, for the time being it’s probably best we go the social media route — Ragner Lothbrok has contacted me and concurs. So, let’s paper this story everywhere possible — and include the fabulous Davis photo if you can. 🙂

        • StraightGrandmother

We should try and find a lawyer who will take the case pro bono. Probably not one from that county though.

Let’s all get busy. I really am hoping to focus the discussion on the dognapping and getting Charlie Brown back to Ross

          • Gene

DEFINITELY not one from that county. I will ask around. I have cousins who live not to far away from Morehead and are members of the KY bar. All focus on property and mineral law, so I doubt they would do it, but they might know someone. I will call them asap.
            .
Note, this might well be a thing for either the ASPCA or, as they are already involved, the ACLU to look into perhaps?

          • StraightGrandmother

This is helpful! You know what, sometimes lawyers do do nice things, just because it is the right thing to do, even if it is not in their area of expertise.

A lot will maybe blow it off, but if they can only put themselves in Ross’s shoes for just a minute, they’ll realize that there is something low down & dirty about stealing a man’s dog. Why should she get away with it just because it is a small town & her mom has a civil service job? Why? Ross wants his dog back, Dreaming Vertebrae was right with his comment, we should help get a lawyer for Ross. This is what Lawyers do.

AND he has the iron clad evidence to boot! I saw it in the article from PageOneKentucky this is jsut bullshit that she can steal a dog, post on Facebook that it is her picture and never get prosecuted.

          • Gene

spoke to one of them. VEry sympathetic to the cause, but, not interested in the case. Wrong field of law, and to be blunt, not interested in regularly driving the two hours to morehead. But, he did say that the he had ALREADY heard about this by local gossip there (and he is about 100 miles away). this incident is NOT going to be pushed under the rug, and that he would be surprised if legal help for the case did not appear on its own, so to speak, if it gets enough attention. As per just who that would be, he had no idea, except that it would NOT be a local attorney…(probably a good thing)
            .
Something else he told me. The local powers that be, the chamber of commerce types, etc, are NOT happy about this woman. making the area look bad does NOT tell people “come and build your factory here please”. The Governor is also said to be royally pissed, underneith this polite language.
One of the nice things about corrupt and nepotism based systems….when you fuck up and other people start feeling the heat, your old protectors and the real powers that be turn on you all the harder.

        • StraightGrandmother

Hey I got an idea, how about Radar On Line? Don’t they love this kind of stuff? Who volunteers to contact Radar On Line. I’m so confuse to her status. I thought it was her granddaughter not daughter that stole the dog.

        • D. J.

We may discover her daughter is her granddaughter…..

        • StraightGrandmother

No according to PageOneKentucky Kim Davis is mother to the Dognapper.
You may be a bit confused because the Dognappers grandmother was the former county clerk, now the thrice divorced daughter is the clerk after her mother retired. That may be where you got grandmother from. According to PageOne Kentucky it is Kim Davis’ daughter who is the dognapper

Please, do not insult cows by associating them with this individual.

  • William

I bet an FBI audit of the Clerk’s Office would turn up all sorts of skeletons.

    • StraightGrandmother

Yes William, isn’t that what the FBI does? They investigate corruption. It is corruption that the local police department didn’t do anything when Ross has video footage of the store security camera and the #KentuckyDognapper went on his facebook page and said, please take MY picture down my mom is running for office. I think the FBI should look into the corruption here.

      • William

If the local police refuse to get involved, it should be turned over to state police. If they won’t touch it, then yes, call in the FBI. This county must be run by one or two families.

        • StraightGrandmother

We need to help Ross (the Dog Charlie Brown’s owner) we need to help get Ross a lawyer, the State Police will listen if a lawyer calls them, and a lawyer will stay on top of it and make sure an investigation is completed.

Putting her hand in was too much work. She just made off with the whole jar at some point.

      • William

Are any of her retired or deceased family members still on staff and getting paid?

        • StraightGrandmother

I’m pretty sure I am right. In the original YouTube video of the nice guys waiting their turn, a young man shouts across the office that if they are there for a gay marriage license, they are not issuing any. I seem to recall that that young man is Kim Davis’ son. Remember Kim Davis’ mother was the clerk before her daughter (the current) Kim ran for the position when she retired. Now Kim Davis (and I’m pretty sure I remember this right) Kim Davis has her son working for the County, he obviously reports to his mother as his boss. My God are there no Civil Servant hiring rules in the county?

          • William

I read here a couple days ago that her son is working in the clerk’s office. Most government agencies have anti-nepotism laws. Being under the supervision of a family member is usually a big no-no.

  • delk

    What a bundt cake!

I guess it’s good thing she doesn’t know Mike Huckabee’s son.

  • JT
  • TheManicMechanic

The only way to beat back these types is constantly dragging their names through the mud. Get all the dirt you can and keep piling it on. The constant bad press alone will cause higher-ups to take action. Like the Duggars, they need to be broken, or they will continue to ruin innocent lives under the guise of their so-called “religious freedom” which we all know is just another lie.

    • Cuberly

If people are so scared of Boss Hog here, that pretty much means there’s a deep deep closet of messed up shit waiting to be unpacked.

      • TheManicMechanic

As we have seen, these deep-seated nutcases often precede a whole parade of skeletons in various closets, and once the door is unlatched, they pile out in a flood.

      • canoebum

Well, after this most recent attention to the family business, rather than unpacking, they’ll likely be packing up the meth lab. Wanna bet she’s shoulder deep in the Oxy trade, as well? If not her, then some close relative.

        • Cuberly

Considering the fear she wields I’d say there’s a good 99.999% chance you’re right.

      • GreatLakeSailor

Hey, hey, hey…keep it civil. It’s Boss Sow to you!!

        • Cuberly

          HA! My bad….lol…

    • RoFaWh

I suggest you edit “broken” to “shown for what they really are.” Keep in mind that the haters scrape this blog for anything they can use against us.

      • TheManicMechanic

The thing is, being shown for what they really are often does nothing. The enablers will attach to them and keep them going. “Broken” is what has to happen. I’m not talking injuries of any sort, I am saying they need to have the consequences for their actions. In the case of the Duggars, yes, showing who they really are does break them. Putting Josh in jail for his acts breaks him. They can no longer claim the mantle of self-righteousness. These renegade clerks will know that if they do this sort of now illegal act, they will be called on it. The truth will be discovered. These religious cockroaches detest the sunlight, and I intend to bring magnifying glasses.

  • Octavio

Kim Davis, known to harbor dog thieves. She’s also an enthusiastic supporter of the Socialist Worker’s Party and old German military salutes. Take her down, boyze!

  • Gigi

She refused to give a marriage license to a gay couple and she’s been divorced three times? Typical.

    • bambinoitaliano

Every gay couple she sees means she has two less victims to bone her. I’m sure you would have have compassion for her sex life no? 😛

      • mark99k

Oh god no, the image.of anyone having sex with her. I’m gonna throw up in my mouth.

      • People4Humanity

  • Hal Watts

Having grown up in the small town religious fever-swamps of the South, this all comes as no surprise to me. Many churchy people there–often very politically connected–have an incredible sense of entitlement. Many are notorious for political graft, serial adultery, and their children would make Bristol Palin blush, yet they justify it all because they are forgiven continuously by Jeebus. They are fine with stealing what they want–your dog, your money, your rights, even YOUR MARRIAGE

    • Six Pins Delores

OH come on! Bristol Palin Blush sounds like the latest wine cooler.

      • delk

and that’s why I am sober! lol

        • Six Pins Delores

Your addictions are WEAK. 🙂 Please take that correctly and in context and Congratulations on finding sobriety!

“She feels deep in her gut that she’s owed something and that she should be permitted to force her dark, personal fears on everyone around her. She’s determined to get what’s hers, to cover her family’s messes up, everyone else be damned.”
Kimmy needs to be removed from her position and Charlie Brown needs to be returned to his rightful owner.

    • Cuberly

Ah, Huckabee Syndrome. That explains a lot.

      • People4Humanity

I truly hope it’s not that.

Her term in office will end with the SWAT team surrounding the building. Ms. Davis will not go gently.

In that case let’s misinform her the SWAT is on the way at 3 a.m. tonight.

    #FreeCharlieBrown

    Needs to go viral

    • StraightGrandmother

      I’m using #KentuckyDognapping
Please give me your honest thoughts, which hashtag is better?

      • Ragnar Lothbrok

Everyone loves Charlie Brown, the character, so that may lead to interest and If people associate #FreeCharlieBrown with a an actual kidnapped dog that one may be best.
But #KentuckyDognapping does make the issue clear.

        A tossup ?

        • StraightGrandmother

That is kind of the way I feel, A toss up.
Charlie Brown has name recognition, easy to remember the hashtag #FreeCharlieBrown, however I think dognapping will catch people’s attention.

          • People4Humanity

If you lead the way, I will tag along.
            I love this TwitterMachine thingy.

        • Use them both. You see lots of things tagged with several hashes these days. Either or both could take off and it is only a few more keystrokes. 🙂

  • This little dictator thinks she can impose her hateful little viewpoint on the world. She is about to get a lesson in the school of hard knocks.

      • leastyebejudged

        Well, the authorities have.

Every authority involved needs to be replaced is the point, the corruption and incompetence is systematic. And it is that way because the locals elected all these people.

I can’t get over the way she holds her hand. It looks like she’s trying to cast a spell or something.

Just Heartbreaking : From his FB page

The saying goes that “a dog is man’s best friend”. Well, our dog
Charlie Brown was my best friend. On Friday November 29th, my best
friend was taken out of our lives by a complete stranger. It just breaks
my heart thinking Charlie Brown may think we abandoned him. Our baby is out there somewhere he doesn’t belong. I know he misses his true family as much as we miss him.

We miss him more than any words can explain. I pray so very much that he is ok and not hurt. Here it is Christmas,
and ours was robbed from us. Since his abduction we no longer care what is inside our stockings or what gifts are under the tree. The return of Charlie Brown is the only gift our family wishes to receive this
    Christmas.

Please if anyone knows anything and has any heart remaining within them; please help us bring our Charlie Brown home for Christmas. What makes this story so disheartening is that we are pretty certain who took him; we just don’t know what this person did with him. Please share this story and help us find our Charlie Brown.

    • William

John Stewart needs to pick up this story. I’d love to see more of Ms. Charm Free screaming at the cameras.

  • Lumpy Gaga

So she’s a complete lowlife thug, with a taint of corruption, and the mindset of a junior high cheerleader.

    Color me shocked.

  • Lumpy Gaga

    “States’ rights!”
    “Local control!”

When you hear these dog-whistles (npi) in the future, you will now have a crystal-clear idea of what they mean.

  • HeyYouKidsGetOffMyLawn

Clearly no friend of the gays. None of them will touch her hair, to be sure.

    • People4Humanity

      That much is readily apparent.

  • Ginger Snap

This woman doesn’t deserve to be working for the public that pays her salary.

  • Octavio

I just sent the following to Jake who runs Pageonekentucky.com

    ___________________

    Jake:

The on-going saga of Ross Madden and his purloined pup, Charlie Brown, has raised a considerable amount of interest among those of us who follow JoeMyGod.blogspot.com. Joe Jervis has linked your site allowing us to follow the high jinks and misdemeanors of Cathy Davis. Quite a few of us would like to start a Go Fund Me donation pool to help pay for Ross Madden’s continued legal pursuits to get his dog back. If he’s not interested in getting Charlie Brown back, maybe he would be interested in getting his day in court and a chance for justice?

We most likely need to get Mr. Madden’s particulars (phone, address, permission etc.). Therefore, if you would please forward our request to Mr. Madden we would be very grateful. We’re all very upset that such shenanigans go unpunished in Kentucky, especially because most of us have dear canine friends we dearly love.

Thank you for any help you may be able to provide,

    Octavio Ocampo

  • Ragnar Lothbrok

What happened when he attempted to file a police report ?
Why didn’t Ross take Miss Allison to Small Claims Court ?
    He still can.

    • Octavio

Reports indicate that he did. He even got the support of a lawyer in a nearby town. But it’s fallent through because the police won’t act on his complaint and the attorney is preoccupied with other problems.

      • Ragnar Lothbrok

Thanks, yes but I wanted to see in print exactly what happened when he attempted to file a report. Also, one doesn’t need an attorney to file in small claims court.

        • Octavio

Yes. All true. Check out the stuff on pageonekentucky.com That’s where I’m still reading through stuff.

          • Ragnar Lothbrok

His updated phone number is there.

  • zhera

I’ve been away and haven’t followed this story. My question is: Can’t he just simply dognap the dog back? Is there something that prevents him from doing that?

    • Octavio

He claims he doesn’t know where the dog is.

      • zhera

Got it. Thanks. That is so sad. Poor Charlie Brown! 🙁

  • billbear1961

This abusive woman–and outrageous hypocrite–behaves just like a schoolyard bully, and should be dealt with by higher-ups.

She really is an evil bitch, and does not belong in ANY position of authority.

    • canoebum

She really is straight out of Central Casting.

    • skeptical_inquirer

I wish more people would quote the bible at her and mock her for being a hypocrite for her multiple marriages. (I have nothing against divorce but I hate the whole “one rule for me, one rule for thee” nonsense.)

      • billbear1961

‘. . . I hate the whole “one rule for me, one rule for thee” nonsense.’

        Exactly!

It’s probably the most galling thing about their grandstanding, about their entire absurd and hateful stance.

    • Robert

Maybe instead of being dealt with by ‘higher ups’ she should be dealt with by average citizens. (Yes, a mob).

      • billbear1961

        With pitchforks!

Whatever gets the job done, Robert!

        • Robert

LOL… well technically I wouldn’t be in favor of that. But it’s fun to vent.

          • billbear1961

  • Ragnar Lothbrok

    This bothers me :

” It’s unlikely that the dog will ever be found. Though, in the off chance
someone in the national audience (Kentucky? Ohio? Surrounding region?) knows something? ”

What did she do to CB ????

    • Octavio

The worst possible outcome? She ate him. But I’m not ready to go there, yet.

      • Ragnar Lothbrok

My theory is that Charlie Brown bit her on the nose, she opened the door and he is living happily with a pack of poodles in the greater Appalachia area.

        • 2guysnamedjoe

He’s with the Clan of the Cave Poodle.

  • Macbill

Married 3 times? I bet she belongs to the “Church of the Nine Commandments” that doesn’t believe in the sin of Adultry.

    • Claude Jacques Bonhomme

It might be the “Cult of the Modified Ten Commandments”. She simply swapped the Adultery and Theft commandments with:

Thou shalt not issue same-sex marriage licenses.
Thou shalt be a bitch about it.

  • skeptical_inquirer

You know, you’d think a lot more people would be harder on her considering how many people comment on stories about pets abandoned and abused.

The owner might try to hire a pet detective. I’m guessing moo cow put him on Craigslist for a quick buck. Hopefully, the dog is with a normal family and wasn’t sold to someone with even less morals than her.

they really need to make this an issue if she runs again.

  • Robert

She needs to go to jail for refusing to issue licenses after the SCOTUS ruled we can have them. And then just leave her there until she comes up with the pooch. Then leave her there yet a bit more until you have her daughter in custody and you can swap the mother for the daughter.

  • JCF
