Free Republic Tyranny Reponse Team: Join Us Tomorrow At The Supreme Court

From Free Republic:

You’re invited to join the Tyranny Response Team and other real Tea Party folks at our final FREEP in defense of 2,000 years of real Christian marriage. This will be held in front of the Supreme Court of the United States on Tuesday, April 27, 2015 from 9:00am until 12:00 noon. Media inquiries, call 1-202-288-8011. Simple rules of conduct are: no violence, no racism, no profanity, obey the law and treat uniformed law enforcement officials with respect.

Note the wrong date. The Tyranny Response Team has tangled with law enforcement during anti-Obama protests and they apparently often show up when there is civil unrest or protests organized by progressives. Last year DC’s open carry ban was struck down so you have to wonder if they’ll be armed at the Supreme Court tomorrow.

  • HoneyBoySmith

Yes, the tyranny of not giving you veto power over other people’s families. Oh, you poor oppressed people being forced to keep your nose out of other people’s lives.

  • BearEyes

what could possibly go wrong – other than the date?

    • Max_1

      Details, details…

  • Todd20036

Because a bunch of ignorant, religionist, gun toting haters are going to show the world that they are better parents than loving gay couples.

    Sure. Good luck with that.

  • MDB

Kalendar kount’n izz hard, cuz ya gottz tew uze fancee cyenc.

  • Max_1

Sorry Joe but the headline I read is:
    Freak Public Tranny Response.

    (My dyslexia, again?)

    • TampaDink

Not dyslexia, just the ability to read the honest truth between the lines.

      • Max_1

You know Tampa, the “Tranny Response Team” could make good movie “Team America” style.

        • TampaDink

        • barracks9

          Just imagine the costume designs!

  • Schlukitz

“Simple rules of conduct are: no violence, no racism, no profanity, obey the law and treat uniformed law enforcement officials with respect.”

Telling lies about and being disrespectful of LGBT people, however will be tolerated and is hereby encouraged.

    • The “wink, wink, nudge, nudge” after that statement is a given. They just have to state that for plausible deniability.

    • Ragnar Lothbrok

I really should learn to read before I post my sameness.

    • Paula

And they will be prepared for the long haul.

      • TampaDink

For these assholes, long haul = end times.

      • Schlukitz

  • Cuberly

Remember those ten minutes where the tea-baggers where only for fiscal responsibility? Yeah, good times.

    • sherman

Yes, the grass roots baggers, riding to rallies on buses furnished by the Koch Brothers, given hundreds of thousands of dollars of publicity by Faux News.

    • BlueberriesForMe

I’m kind of glad they’re getting it all out there – they just wouldn’t be credible otherwise./s Death panels, Benghanazi (could any of them point to Libya on a map? #fail), icky gays, religious “freedom”,the lowest taxes on the wealthy – THIS is what America is all about.

      • Cuberly

        Totally agree.

They’re the loud louts that gave W that 28% approval rating as he walked out the door. Lots of crazy is contained in the 28% tea-bagger crowd.

  • KenDC

So, let me get this straight: They feel as though they have to remind their members, “no racism”. . . . ?

      They know their membership.

    • Homo Erectus

    • kaydenpat

    • barracks9

      And “no violence”. Huh.

    • D. J.

Ian Reisner should note that Jews are NOT invited to participate.
There is your excuse……throw a party.

    • Rambie

That’s just so they can claim deniability. I have friends who’ll be there, I’m a bit worried about some of the nutters are going to hurt people.

  • Anastasia Beaverhousen

White sheets before Memorial Day? Such bad taste.

    • Jean-Marc in Canada

      Quite right.

    • Bj Lincoln

      I love you

  • Greg B.

No racism please but feel free to let the most vile homophobia you’re capable of shine.

    • lattebud

      And sexism….

      • David Walker

Yeah. Bring the little woman. She won’t care.

    • Goodboy

      Same people different times.

Memo to SCOTUS: Look out the window, that is the animus behind all these laws.

    • LovesIrony

      and they’re so ugly too.

  • oikos
    • Doug105

It’s been about 6 years, I’ll take both.

      • noni

        Maybe they clean up nice.

        • doninkansas

probably hung like horses and fuck like rabbits.

        • TheManicMechanic

As someone who also has largish ears, it was difficult for me to make fun of these two. These days I caption this photo with the two of them pondering philosophy and fine arts. But something about this photo made me want to learn some more.

Those two have a sweet yet sad story. They are actually South African twin brothers, and the photo was taken in 1993. They are developmentally challenged, both suffering from a condition where the brain cells responsible for saliva glands, speech and their hands were damaged. They have roughly the mental capabilities of five year olds, At the same time, they also have that same happiness and world view of someone that age. They live in a nursing home now, and they are the most famous people in the town because of the original photo. For whatever reason, the original photo makes them look imposing and mean. In reality, they are anything but. You’ll most likely stop making fun of the twins when you see these pictures.

    • sherman

Hate to be Debbie Downer, but these guys and that kid from Deliverance probably had pretty hard lives for something out of their control. They could be really nice men, or least might have been if they weren’t treated with scorn all the time.

      • Fyva Prold

        See Fragile X

  • bkmn

I expect they will break all of these suggestions by 9:01am.

  • robirob

I hope the members and supporters of the LGBT community will be safe from harm.

  • Homo Erectus

“Simple rules of conduct (in order of priority) are: no
violence, no racism, no profanity, obey the law and treat uniformed law
enforcement officials with respect.” There, I fixed it!

  • Ragnar Lothbrok

“Simple rules of conduct are: no
violence, no racism, no profanity, obey the law and treat uniformed law enforcement officials with respect. ”

    Homophobia encouraged.

  • oikos

Please provide your SS number so we can verify your claim. A representative will be with you shortly.

    • sherman

Well, it’s nice to hear our “guest” at least has a “roommate”, but sad to hear there was a divorce. I hope the tea people don’t find out, since Jeebus frowned upon that big time.

    • Paula

I’m sayin’ If she is making 21,917 a month why divorce her. Or maybe she is doing it because she dumped that loser husband,
And by computer, I’m sure he means mattress. Maybe the streaming camera is pointed at the mattress.

  • Lindoro Almaviva

Simple rules of conduct are: no violence, no racism, no profanity, obey the law and treat uniformed law enforcement officials with respect.

HA! good luck with that. Apparently these people do not know their own. I find it funny they call for no racism, profanity when they are known for being racist, potty-mouthed a-holes. –

    • zhera

Actually, they do know their own. What other protesters have to specify that racism is a no-no?

    • Octoberfurst

You know their heads are gonna explode if they are forced to follow those rules of conduct. I mean, racism, violence and profanity are hard-wired into their DNA!

      • People4Humanity

        SCOTUS police is a thing.

    • another_steve

That picture does not represent one of Scarlett O’Hara’s “Bitch Please” moments. It represents one of her “Hurt but Revengeful” moments.

      Please. Correct the caption asap.

    • D. J.

There may be confusion tomorrow. Is that the Sons of Liberty’s section or the Faux Gnus staffers’ section?

  • Soren456

    Jesus. The “Tyranny Response Team”?

    Who you gonna call?

    • Ragnar Lothbrok

The Tyranny Response Team has been dispatched by the Dept. of Deviance, with assistance of the Patriot Patrol.

    • SemiSik

      Better call Saul.

    • Anastasia Beaverhousen

I thought since they are dinosaurs. Perhaps this was a lost member of the Tyranny Team.

  • Octoberfurst

Ahh another Idiots on Parade moment! How lovely!

  • sherman

I’m confused, does “treat uniformed law enforcement officials with respect” mean you can aim your guns at them like they did at the Bundy ranch?

    • zhera

Yes, but you have to say ‘Sir’ and ‘Officer’ while doing so.

  • shellback

Wrong date. You have to give them credit – they are consistently stupid.

  • TheManicMechanic

Meh, as if these scooter-driving armchair “patriots” could be arsed to do anything more than leave their front yards when the internet is full of people they don’t like.

  • HZ81

Tyranny Response Team? Ha, these queens and their drama!

  • pj

media inquiries? im sure fox news dosent have any questions…..

  • kaydenpat

Shame that they have to tell their people “no racism”. And funny how “sons of liberty” are against the freedom of people to marry who they want.

  • Bill T.

    My country t’is of thee,
    Sweet land of bigotry,
    Of thee I freep.

    • Tor

When I was a child I thought the name of my country was Tizzathy.

  • Clive Johnson

    “no racism”

    Translation into freeper-speak:

“Those lib/commie reporters will be eagle-eyeing us patriots trying to make us out to be bigots, so don’t give ‘em a chance. No Klan insignia, no racist caricatures of Obama or his ugly wife, no slurs against lazy blacks. You know the drill. We’re here to stand up for Christian values. Remember that.”

  • pleasebereasonable

    >no racism, no profanity
    Bahahahaha…..good luck with that.

    • Michael Senesac

THAT’S THE SCARY PART. They actually have to remind people.

  • Bj Lincoln

Funny….we don’t need to remind our folks to behave and watch their mouth. I noticed ‘no anti-gay’ slurs were not on the list.

  • Cuberly

Tyranny Response Team = The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-up Zombies?

  • B Snow

“in defense of 2000 years of real Christian marriage.”

As the kids say these days, I can’t even.

  • Rebecca Gardner

Tuesday, April 27th, 2015? Yeah, good luck with that.

    • 2amor

      Good catch!

    • People4Humanity

DANG! The Gay Agenda™ has it down for them on their calendars as, Thursday, April 29th, 2015.
      Won’t anyone think of proofreading?

  • lattebud

I can’t wait for one of these yahoos to show disrespect to a non-uniformed law enforcement officer who has identify his/her self as law enforcement.

  • Ronny K Marshall

Is Jim Robertson aka Rim Job going to show his sorry ass?

  • Chris Baker

Is this they same type of ‘judicial tyranny’ that struck down DC’s open carry ban?

Judges striking down laws we don’t like: good.
Judges striking down laws we like: tyranny.

    • David Walker

By George, I think he’s got it!

  • Queequeg

No racism, but homophobia is OK. What kind of group even has to warn about racism?

  • canoebum

How does a a group of lawsuits filed in various states, by a diverse group of ordinary citizens, working their way through Federal District courts and Federal Appeals courts, over a course of six or seven years, finally arriving at the Supreme Court for a hearing, how does this amount to Tyranny? Sounds to me like Due Process and the rule of law. These people are truly dangerous wackos.

  • Igby

Rules of conduct. I haven’t heard that since I was in grade school.

    • Igby

“No pushing or shoving, no pulling Mary’s pigtails, don’t leave your place in line, if you need to use the basement (That’s what they called the urination station back then kids.) raise your hand high over your head displaying one finger or two. And no talking.”

      • doninkansas

Yes Sister Mary Frigid Holy Water.

  • Tor

No violence, no racism, no profanity, homophobia okay.

  • Homo Erectus

    I hope nobody gets hurt:

  • Steven Leahy

“Simple rules of conduct are: no violence, no racism, no profanity, obey the law and treat uniformed law enforcement officials with respect”

But it’s OPEN SEASON on whichever dirty, filthy disgusting homo you encounter, so let your imagination fly!

  • Same Klan, New Dresses.

  • People4Humanity

I wonder if they have a clue about
this engraving over the front columns?

  • Michael Abbett

Armed to the teeth and dumb as a bag of hammers. What could possibly go wrong?

  • TampaZeke

The fact that you have to tell your followers to withhold their racism and violent tendencies at your event speaks VOLUMES!

You might should have also included, “No using GRINDR” at the event too.

    • customartist

  • customartist

The Tea Party has specifically said in the past that they are “Not Concerned with Social Issues”,…but then after getting their representatives elected, they proceeded with working on [what you might ask?] Social Issues, like gay Marriage and Vaginal Probes.
    Why do “Christians” lie?
