Oh, what, you thought the Grammys were over? Well, they are. But the Grammy producers couldn’t resist throwing some more musical prestige up on network TV. And so last night, CBS aired a big tribute show to Stevie Wonder, who is, at the very least, someone extremely deserving of a big tribute show. And Beyoncé showing up on TV is just never a bad thing. During a nine-minute medley, Beyoncé sang Wonder’s “Fingertips,” and she also did “Master Blaster (Jammin’)” with Ed Sheeran and “Higher Ground” with Gary Clark Jr. The arrangements were a bit schmaltzy, as they always are in situations like this, but Beyoncé has a superhuman ability to come out of things like this looking like a million bucks.
